Sale document between Muhammad Quli Aqa, who has power of attorney from the wife and the daughter of Mashhadi Hamid Aqa from Maraghah, and Haj Muhammad Aqa, the merchant known as Hariri, for one-fourth of a garden in Varjavi village of Maraghah and a knife, for two hundred and eighteen tumans, with a one-month right to revocation and a settlement fee of four tumans and three thousand and six hundred dinars. Sale document of Karbalayi ‘Abd al-‘Ali (son of Darvish Ibrahim) and his wife, Mashhadi ‘Izzat (daughter of Mulla Husayn Kadkhuda), with Khanum: one is over a piece of land, located in Qasr-i Hamid, in exchange for three tumans; the other is over water usage of Khanqah in exchange for one hundred and ten tumans. Additional rights of both sales were settled for one hundred dinars and some wheat.

Settlement between Gulrukh Khanum, daughter of the late ‘Abd al-Vahhab (from Ishaqabad), and Aqa Ghulamriza, son of the late Haji Mirza Husayn (from Ishaqabad), over Gulrukh Khanum’s rights to her mahr, alimony, and share of inheritance (one-eight), in exchange for sixteen tumans.

Settlement of Mah Baygum, daughter of the late Muhammad ‘Alikhan, and her husband Aqa Muhammad Mustafa Khan, son of Muhammad al-Ashraf, over an inherited house from Muhammad al-Ashraf, which was mentioned in her marriage contract, in exchange for one hundred and fifty thousand tumans. Then, Aqa Muhammad Mustafa Khan settled half of a newly constructed house, in exchange for one hundred and fifty tumans to Mah Baygum.

Settlement of Aqa Husaynquli on behalf of Mahrukh Khanum, 1897
On behalf of his wife, Mahrukh Khanum, daughter of the deceased Haj Sayyid Ahmad Shalch, Aqa Husaynquli settled, with two of Sayyid Ahmad's temporary wives, whose custodian is Haji Muhammad Jaʻfar Aqa, an eighth of half of the village Kharah-chu and an eighth of a garden in Dizah Jarud for 160 tumans and 5000 dinars. Dated 23 May 1897.

Settlement between Sultan Khanum, wife of the late Mirza Fath Allah Khan ‘Amid Lashkar, with her son, Mirza Abu Turab Khan ‘Amid Lashkar, over all her belongings, including household furnishings and kitchenware, in exchange for a scarf. Moreover, Mirza Abu Turab Khan is obligated to spend thirty tumans of his money for Sultan Khanum's burial expenses.

Settlement regarding Taraziyah Khanum's inheritance, 1903
The Catholics of Kurdistan claim that Taraziyah Khanum, daughter of Khvajah Bavi Masihi (Christian), endowed all her belongings to the Catholic Church of Kurdistan before her passing. This is confirmed by Khalifah Yusuf, the head of Chaldean Catholics of Tehran, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. However, Taraziyah Khanum's husband claims that she transferred her belongings to him in the presence of witnesses. A settlement is made to resolve the dispute, according to which five thousand tumans from her inheritance is paid to the church and the rest of her belongings go to her husband....

Marriage contract between Sakinah Khanum, daughter of Farrashbashi, and Aqa Mirza Ibrahim, son of the deceased Farrashbashi, with a mahr of 15 tumans. Part of a garden was also settled between the two.
